摘    要:介绍了连云港市水资源管理决策支持系统的结构与技术路线,该系统功能由水政水资源综合信息查询系统等8个子系统组成,主要分自动监测系统和软件应用两大部分。自动监测系统硬件采用数传遥测设备,通信效果良好;软件开发采用了ASP.NET作为网站开发语言工具,采用了MapinfoMapXtreme为Web GIS开发平台,通过空间信息的可视化处理,加速了水资源管理现代化进程,系统应用的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益明显。

Abstract:The structure and technical route of the decision-making supporting system for water resources management of Lianyungang is presented herein. The system consists of 8 sub-systems including the comprehensive informations related to water policy and water resiurces managemnt etc. and is mainly established with two parts--automatic monitoring system and the application of the softwares concerned, The hardware of the automatic monitoring system is equiped with the data transmission and remote sensing facilities with better communication effect, while ASP. NET is taken as the programming language tool for the development of the web-site ; for which Mapinfo MapXtreme is applied as the developing platform for Web GIS. Based on the visualizasion treatment of the spatial information, the modernization cause ot the water resources management therein is accelerated by the system with significant economic, social and ecological benefis.
