| Abstract: | In this paper, the main factors affecting the chilled depth of chilled cast iron roll were discussed. A great number of initial data were analyzed statistically by the regression method. The regression relations have been established between the chilled depth of the chilled roll and the chemical composition as well as pouring temperature. We have given a theoretical explanation for the regression results. |
