轿车车门焊点布置优化设计及仿真分析

摘    要:以国内某轿车前车门为例,在CATIA中建立三维模型,在HyperMesh中进行网格划分,并通过OptiStruct软件对其进行模态以及3种工况下的刚度分析 然后利用OptiStruct软件提供的拓扑优化方法对车门结构中的焊点布置进行优化设计,并对该车门焊点布置优化设计后的结构重新进行模态和刚度分析,验证了车门焊点布置优化设计方法的可行性.

Abstract:Spot weld layout design has great influence on mode,sinking stiffness and torsional stiffness of automotive doors.The door of one domestic car is taken as an example in this paper.The three-dimensional model is built by software CATIA and then meshed in the HyperMesh.The mode and stiffness analysis of three conditions is carried out using OptiStruct;then optimization of the spot weld layout of the door is performed by the topology optimization method provided by OptiStruct,and finally through the re-analysi...
