基于集散控制的公用电话集中计费管理系统

目的解决有人值守公用电话管理难问题，为管理部门提供有效的解决方案．方法应用计算机集散控制技术，采用集中计费集中管理方式，利用实用的接入网方法，将有人职守的公用电话纳入系统网络中，以模块化结构形式组成公用电话集中计费集中管理网络系统．结果全网统一管理，集中计费，终端分散显示，管理效率提高．集中管理分散控制，以及模块化的结构，使系统有较强的组合性、扩充性和可靠性．利用计算机网络和通信技术，对公用电话实现了在线控制和管理．结论公用电话集中计费集中管理系统组网灵活，其规模小到一个分局几十部公用电话，大到全市公话网几万部甚至更多的公用电话．采用计算机集散控制技术，使系统具有很多优点，如系统的危险分散，可靠性提高，而集中管理又使系统功能大大增强．

Management System of the Public Telephone's Centralized Computation Fee Based on the Computer Distributed Control Technique

This system can overcome the difficulty in managing the public telephone with man on duty for it,and provide an effective solution method for management department.By use of computer distributed control technique and real application,the man-keeping telephone is connected with system network,based on the methods of central management and fees computation.The network system of central fees computation and management is built with model frame for the public telephone.The whole network is totally managed.The fees are computed in management centre,and the data is shown in the terminal.The management efficiency is enhanced.The system is good at combination,expansion and dependability for central management and distribution control,as well as model frame.The public telephone is controlled and managed on-line based on computer network and communication technology.In conclusion,the central management and fees computation system is easy to build.It can be built into a small substation with dozens of public telephones and a big network system with the whole city's public telephones,e.g.several ten thousands or more.By use of computer distributed control technology,the system has a lot of advantages,for example,dangerous system elements are dispersed,the dependability of system is enhanced and the system function is raised largely.
