地铁工程中高性能混凝土抗杂散电流腐蚀模拟试验研究

摘    要:杂散电流对地铁工程钢筋混凝土的损害是严重的。本文通过混凝土试件在Ca(OH)2饱和溶液和3.5%NaCl溶液中的模拟试验及微观机理分析,得出采用优化配制的复掺优质粉煤灰和矿渣微粉的高性能混凝土抗杂散电流腐蚀能力比同水胶比基准混凝土提高6~8倍的结论,并通过耐久寿命评估,达到了设计使用寿命100年的基本要求。

Abstract:The reinforced concrete of subway project was damaged by the dispersed electric current seriously.Through the simulation experiment of concrete test pieces in Ca(OH)2 saturation solution or seawater and the microcosmic mechanism analysis,it is concluded that the anti-caustic ability of the high performance concrete mixed by both high quality pulverized coal ash and slag ash is increased 6 to 8 times than that of the normal concrete,and it can reach the evaluation of design working life 100 years.
