| 摘 要： | 金融控股公司是金融业综合经营的一种模式。从多角度论证在中国现阶段发展金融控股公司是否合适的问题，对其所处宏观环境进行了PEST分析，通过对政治、经济、社会和技术环境的分析，认为金融控股公司的发展机遇大于挑战，现阶段应该加快金融控股公司的发展。

| Abstract: | The financial holding company is one of patterns of comprehensive services in financial industry.This paper analyzed the environment of politics,economy,society and technology of the financial holding company and found that the chances are more than the challenges in China.And it concluded that we should quicken our steps of developing the financial holding company at the present. |
