| Abstract: | For the wastewater generated by a metals processing plant,the process of"pretreatment+Fenton oxidation+coagulation sedimentation+sand filtration"process is adopted.The results of engineering commissioning show that the effluent COD concentration is 45 mg/L,the SS concentration is 35 mg/L,the petroleum concentration is 0.3 mg/L,the TP concentration is 0.12 mg/L and the Zn2+concentration is 0.6 mg/L.The total investment of the project is about 1.02 million,and the actual operating cost is 2.37 yuan/m3.The effluent quality meets the requirements of first-level discharge standard for the second period of"Guangdong Province Water Pollutant discharge Limit(DB44/26-2001)". |
