摘    要:重载设备对较大负载的驱动及分度,在机械工程领域有着极其重要的作用.根据使用要求,应用现代设计方法,建立液压重载快速等分转筒模型,使用动力学仿真软件完成运动学分析.设计液压重载快速等分转筒的液压系统,搭建其仿真模型,并对该模型进行仿真分析.结果表明:该泵控马达液压系统可以根据负载的变化对马达转速及压力进行相应调节.

Abstract:Heavy load equipment plays an extremely important role in the field of mechanical engineering in driving and indexing large loads. According to the use requirements, the modern design method was applied to complete the model establishment of the hydraulic heavy load fast equal division drum, and the kinematic analysis was completed by using the dynamic simulation software. The hydraulic system of the hydraulic heavy load fast equal division drum was designed, the simulation model was built and the simulation results were analyzed. The results show that the pump-controlled motor hydraulic system can adjust the motor speed and pressure according to the change of load.
