离子型聚丙烯酰胺净水剂的设计及应用研究

摘    要:面向城市污水处理提标要求,设计了阴离子型(APAM)、阳离子型(CPAM)两系列聚丙烯酰胺类净水剂,探究了污水处理效果和工艺。结果表明,以优化聚合度(150×103~200×103)和离子度设计出的30-CPAM和20-APAM样品(带电基团的质量分数分别为30%和20%),相对于单独使用聚合氯化铝(PAC),引入少量PAM、PAC质量比1/50~1/10,对污水中SS、COD和TP指标的去除率就可提升2~5倍,达GB 18918-2002一级A标准。

Abstract:Considering the promoted purification requirement for urban sewage,anionic(APAM)and cationic(CPAM)polyacrylamides-based decontaminants were designed and prepared,the effect and process of sewage treatment were investigated.The results showed that,by employing 30-CPAM and 20-APAM with optimized polymerization(150×103~200×103)and ionic degree as the additional decontaminant to polyaluminum chloride(PAC),respectively,it was found that 2~5 times increased in the removal rate for SS,COD,and TP from urban sewage could be achieved at small dosage of PAM(with mass ratio of PAM/PAC in 1/50~1/10),which reached the first level A standard of GB 18918-2002.
