磷钨酸/SiC复合材料的制备及光催化性能研究

摘    要:以磷钨酸(PTA)和Si C为原料,采用浸渍法制备了4种不同比例PTA的PTA-Si C光催化剂。采用紫外可见漫反射光谱、傅里叶红外变换光谱、X射线衍射光谱、扫描电镜进行表征,并以罗丹明B(Rh B)为降解底物,考察光催化剂的光催化降解性能。结果表明,制备的光催化剂既保持了Si C的载体结构,又保持了PTA的Keggin型结构。PTA的质量分数40%的PTA-Si C光催化降解性能最好,在光照180 min时,Rh B的降解率为66%,光降解反应速率常数为5.21×10-3min-1。羟基自由基在光催化降解Rh B中起决定作用的活性物质。

Abstract:Using phosphotungstic acid(PTA)and SiC as raw materials,4 kinds of PTA-SiC photocatalysts with different ratios of PTA were prepared by the impregnation method.The samples was characterized by ultraviolet-visible,Fourier-transform infrared,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope.Rhodamine B(RhB)was used as the degradation substrate to investigate the photocatalytic degradation performance of the photocatalyst.The results indicated that the prepared photocatalysts not only maintained the carrier structure of SiC,but also kept the Keggin structure of PTA.PTASiC with 40%mass fraction of PTA had the best photocatalytic degradation performance,after 180 min of irradiation,the degradation rate of RhB was 66%,and the photodegradation rate constant was 5.21×10-3 min-1.Hydroxyl radicals played a decisive role in the photocatalytic degradation of RhB.
