摘    要:在非晶窄薄带材的热处理工艺中,针对张力控制精度不高、稳定性差和智能化程度低的问题,设计一种智能张力控制系统.在分析影响控制精度和稳定性的因素后,设计了胶压辊部件,给出胶压辊安装精度;采用改进的PID控制算法,建立了以PLC为控制器、导轮式张力变送器为反馈元件、伺服电机为执行机构的闭环反馈控制模型,实现高精度、高稳定性和智能化的张力有效控制.系统运行结果表明,其张力控制误差被限定在3%以内.

Abstract:In the heat treatment process of amorphous narrow strip, aiming at the problems of low tension control precision, poor stability and low intelligence, an intelligent tension control system was designed. After analyzing the factors that affected the control accuracy and stability, the rubber roller part was designed, the installation accuracy of rubber roller was proposed, and the improved PID control algorithm was adopted to establish a closed-loop feedback control model with PLC as the controller, guide wheel type tension transmitter as the feedback element and servo motor as the actuator, so as to realize the effective tension control with high accuracy, high stability and intelligence. The system operation results show that the tension control error is limited within 3%.
