珊瑚砂BAF-活性焦吸附深度处理一级A出水研究

摘    要:采用珊瑚砂曝气生物滤池(BAF)-活性焦吸附工艺深度处理GB 18918-2002一级A出水,研究其性能特点及运行效果。结果表明,珊瑚砂BAF在A/O容积比为1:1、水力负荷0.60 m^3/(m^2·h)、回流体积比200%、气水体积比5:1时获得较好的处理效果。在此工况下,组合工艺对尾水中COD、NH4^+-N、TN和TP的平均去除率分别为77.09%、88.87%、56.06%和57.22%,出水COD平均为10.18 mg/L,出水NH4^+-N、TN、TP的质量浓度分别为0.53、6.36、0.192mg/L。出水中COD、NH4^+-N和TP满足GB 3838-2002的Ⅳ类水质要求,TN满足准Ⅳ类水质要求。珊瑚砂BAF-活性焦吸附是一种能满足深度处理GB 18918-2002一级A出水要求,投资少、能耗低和设备简单的组合工艺。

Abstract:The coral sand aerated biological filter(BAF)/active coke adsorption process was used to deeply treat the first-grade A effluent(GB 18918-2002),to study its performance characteristics and operating effects.The results showed that the coral sand BAF could obtain good treatment results when the A/O volume ratio was 1:1,the hydraulic load was 0.60 m3/(m2·h),the reflux ratio was 200%,and the gas-water ratio was 5:1.Under this condition,the average removal rate of COD,NH4+-N,TN and TP by the combined process in the tail water were 77.09%,88.87%,56.06%and 57.22%,respectively.The effluent COD,mass concentration of NH4+-N,TN and TP was 10.18 mg/L,0.53,6.36 and 0.192 mg/L,respectively.The COD,NH4+-N and TP in the effluent met the class IV of GB 3838-2002,TN met the requirements of quasi class IV water quality standard.The coral sand BAF/active coke adsorption is a combined process technology that can meet the requirements of the first-grade A effluent GB 18918-2002 of the advanced treatment of tail water,with low investment,low energy consumption and simple equipment.
