摘    要:利用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)、单宁酸(TA)与Fe3+之间的螯合作用,通过层层自组装技术,制备了PEI-TA复合纳滤膜,对其表面形态及性能进行了表征,并研究了TA、Fe3+含量和组装层数对膜性能的影响。结果表明,当PEI、TA、Fe3+的质量浓度分别为2、3、3 g/L,组装层数为6层时,复合膜性能为优。优化膜对Na2SO4、MgCl2、NaCl的截留率分别为97.34%、65.46%、73.11%,水通量达24.91 L/(m2·h)。该复合膜制备工艺简单、绿色,在脱盐、水质软化等水处理领域具有应用潜力。

Abstract:The PEI/TA composite nanofiltration membrane was prepared with the layer-by-layer(LbL) self-assembly by using the chelation between polyethyleneimine(PEI),tannic acid(TA) and Fe3+.Its surface morphology and performance was characterized.The effects of TA and Fe3+ content,layer number on the membrane properties were studied.The results showed that,when the mass concentration of PEI,TA and Fe3+was 2 g/L,3 g/L and 3 g/L,respectively,the assembled layers were 6 layers,the composite membrane had the optimal performance.Its retention rate for Na2SO4,MgCl2 and Na Cl was 97.34%,65.46% and 73.11%,respectively,and the water flux reached 24.91 L/(m2·h).The composite membrane preparation process is simple and green,and has application potential in water treatment fields such as desalination and water softening.
