改性TiO2对染料废水选择性吸附及催化强化研究

摘    要:采用高温热解法制备g-C3N4,与Na2CO3改性的TiO2纳米材料通过溶剂热法得到g-C3N4/Na2CO3-TiO2复合催化剂。对催化剂的结构和形貌进行了表征,并研究了材料对活性黄、碱性品红混合染料废水的催化降解及选择性吸附性能。结果表明,制备的催化剂的比表面积和总孔容分别为纯TiO2的1.34倍和1.47倍。当催化剂的投加量为1.0g/L,g-C3N4与TiO2的质量比为15%,光反应90 min活性黄的去除率为佳可达93.9%。改性复合后的催化剂具有选择吸附性,选择性系数达到5.09,是纯TiO2的5.3倍。

Abstract:G-C3 N4 was prepared by high temperature pyrolysis method,and g-C3N4/Na2CO3-TiO2 composite catalyst was obtained by solvothermal method with Na2CO_(3 )modified TiO2 nanomaterial.The structure and morphology of the catalyst were characterized.The catalytic degradation and selective adsorption performance of the material on reactive yellow and basic fuchsin mixed dye wastewater were studied.The results showed that,the specific surface area and total pore volume of the prepared catalyst were 1.34 times and 1.47 times of that of pure TiO2,respectively.When the dosage of the catalyst was 1.0 g/L,the mass ratio of g-C3N4 to TiO2 was 15%,and the removal rate of active yellow in the photoreaction for 90 min was up to93.9%.The modified composite catalyst had selective adsorption,and the selectivity coefficient was 5.09,which was 5.3 times that of pure TiO2.
