聚羧酸减水剂活性大单体聚合机理及合成研究进展

摘    要:大型混凝土工程中,原料砂石中的少量泥土对聚羧酸减水剂(Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer,PCE)存在严重的吸附,导致减水剂的性能下降。因此,以提升聚羧酸减水剂的性能和抗泥性为目的的改性研究是当下减水剂领域研究的热点。而聚羧酸减水剂活性大单体的合成是聚羧酸减水剂改性过程中重要的一环。本文介绍了高分子聚合中常见的机理及不同机理所使用的催化剂及其研究进展,并总结了不同聚合机理在聚羧酸减水剂活性大单体的合成中的优缺点,并对适用于不同机理的催化剂的发展方向和研究前景进行展望。

Abstract:In large-scale concrete projects, the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is severely adsorbed by a small amount of soil in the raw material sand and gravel, which causes its performance to decline. Therefore, modification research aimed at improving the performance and mud resistance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a hot spot in the field of polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The synthesis of active macromonomer is an important part of the modification of polycarboxylate superplasticizer. This article introduces the common mechanisms in polymer polymerization and the catalysts used in different mechanisms and their research progress, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of different polymerization mechanisms in the synthesis of active macromonomer of polycarboxylate water-reducing agents, prospects for the research of catalysts used in different polymerization mechanisms.
