印染工业废水处理技术的研究进展

摘    要:印染工业废水具有成分复杂、碱性大、色度深、TOC含量高、COD含量高、可生化性差等特点,必须采用特定的处理方法对其进行处理,才能达到国家污水排放标准。本文综述了目前国内外印染工业废水处理领域所采取的主要处理方法,有化学法中的湿式催化氧化法、电化学法、Fenton法;物理法中膜分离法、磁分离法、吸附法;生物法中的厌氧法、好氧法,还有一些联合生物法等。分析了这些方法的优缺点及其在印染工业废水中应用可行性,结合国内外研究新进展去其槽粕取其精华,提出了本实验室研发的新技术和新方法,并对印染工业废水处理技术的发展进行了展望。

Abstract:The printing and dyeing wastewater must be treated by specific method in order to meet national standard for wastewater discharge due to its characteristics, including complicated composition, big alkalinity, high chroma, high TOC content, high COD, poor biodegradability, etc. This paper summarizes the main treatment methods of printing and dyeing wastewater both at home and abroad, including chemical method, such as wet catalytic oxidation, electrochemical method, Fenton method, etc., physical method, such as membrane separation, magnetic separation, and adsorption, and biological method, such as anaerobic process, aerobic process, and some combined biological methods, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods and their feasibility of application to printing and dyeing wastewater treatment, put forward new technologies and new methods developed in our laboratory according to the latest research progress both at home and abroad, and give a outlook of the development of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment technology.
