摘    要:光面爆破在普通隧道洞挖过程中具有爆破后成形规整、提高轮廓质量、减少支护工作量等优点;在油气田区高瓦斯隧道中实行光面爆破还具有减少围岩产生爆破裂缝的数量,抑制瓦斯大量逸出,从而保证油气田区高瓦斯隧道施工安全的优点.但在高瓦斯隧道爆破施工中对雷管和炸药有着特殊的要求,炸药必须使用三级煤矿许用乳化炸药,雷管采用煤矿许用毫秒电...

Abstract:Smooth blasting method has many advantages in tunnel excavation,it always leaves a regular tunnel shape after blasting,a high quality profile and requires less support.When smooth blasting is applied in tunnels with high gas density in oil and gas field,number of cracks in surrounding rock after blasting can be reduced and gas release can be greatly restrained,and that is beneficial to construction safety.However,in high gas density tunnels,blasting has special requests for detonators and explosives.Only three-level emulsion explosives and millisecond electric detonator for coalmines are allowed.Moreover,the delay is no more than 130ms and reverse charging is strictly prohibited,which leads to a higher requirement for smooth blasting technology.This paper introduces the smooth blasting technology applied in Longquanshan tunnel,and provides references for smooth blasting in similar high gas density tunnels in oil and gas field.
