摘    要:四川石油管理局在苏里格气田油气合作区块以前要钻完一口以山西组为目的层的第二次开钻井需要 1个月左右,平均机械钻速不足8 m/h,钻机月速约3400 m/台月。通过合理匹配钻井参数、延长聚合物无固相钻井液的使用时间、优选钻头类型、提高钻井液抑制性、改善钻具结构等技术措施,极大地提高了该地区的钻井速度,平均机械钻速提高到现在的 12 m/h以上,缩短了钻井周期,达到了预期的效果。

Abstract:Previously if having completed drilling a well spud in for the second time to the target zone of Shanxi formation in the Sulige gas field, CNPC Sichuan drilling companies had to spend at least 1 month or so with the average ROP less than 8 m/h, and the footage a rig drilled in a month was only about 3400 m. Presently since many optimized drilling techniques have been adopted here, i.e., drilling parameters reasonably matched well, polymer clay free drilling fluid injected time prolonged, drilling bit types preferred, drilling fluids inhibitive ability increased, and the BHA's configuration mended, the drilling speed has been obviously improved with the average ROP above 12 m/h, and so the drilling circle has also be shortened. This paper recommends that these optimized techniques should be practically used on fields.
