军用设备地线传导敏感度的测量不确定度评定研究

摘    要:军用设备地线传导发射的测量不确定度评定较为复杂,在对25Hz~50k Hz地线传导敏感度(CS102)的不确定度来源进行分析的基础上,以某舰载设备作为EUT,系统研究了25Hz~50k Hz地线传导敏感度的测量不确定度评定方法。首先,阐述了25Hz~50k Hz地线传导敏感度的测量原理,在分析测量原理的基础上,确定了测量过程中的主要不确定度来源为仪器的计量性能、阻抗不匹配等,其次,建立了不确定度评定的测量模型,并对各测量不确定度分量进行了标准测量不确定度评定。最终,采用GUM法对25Hz~50k Hz地线传导敏感度的测量结果进行了扩展不确定度计算。结果表明,某舰载设备CS102测量结果的扩展不确定度为1.4d B。研究结果对符合GJB151B-2013新版标准的电磁兼容实验室建设、测量结果质量的保障及一致性具有积极的作用,对各种军用设备的CS102测量不确定度评定具有重要的参考价值。

The Research on Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation for Military Equipment Grounding Conduction Sensitivity
Abstract:Measurement uncertainty evaluation of military equipment'grounding conducted emissions is more complex. Based on analysis uncertainty sources of the 25Hz~50kHz ground conducted susceptibility,taking a shipborne equipment as EUT,studied measurement uncertainty evaluation methods of 25Hz~50kHz Sensitivity ground conductivity. Firstly, describes the measurement principle of 25Hz~50kHz sensitivity ground conductivity,based on the analysis measurement principle,determined main sources of measurement uncertainty included performance of the instrument,Impedance mis-match and so on,Secondly,established measurement uncertainty evaluation model,and evaluated each component of the measurement uncertainty standard measurement uncertainty,finally,used GUM method calculated expanded uncer-tainty of 25Hz~50kHz sensitivity ground conductivity measurements. The results show,expanded uncertainty of a ship-board equipment CS102 measurement results is 1.4dB. The results has a positive effect for the building new electromag-netic compatible laboratory accord GJB151B-2013 standard,protect the quality of measure and consistency,has an im-portant reference value for various military equipment's CS102 Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation.
