远距多光轴平行度检测方法研究

摘    要:为测量远距离多光轴激光发射系统的光轴平行度,提出了一种检测方法。该方法利用激光自准直仪光学系统的光轴代替被测系统出射光轴,再通过基准变换使两个激光自准直仪互相对准,从而由激光自准直仪测得光轴偏差,得到两出射光轴的空间角度。通过两台激光自准直仪对该方法进行验证,实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地测量远距多光轴的平行度,且由于两激光自准仪相互独立,针对不同距离的多光轴光学设备都可进行光轴角度测量。

A Method for Large Distance Multi-Optical Axis Parallelism Measurement
Abstract:A method is proposed to measure the optical axis parallelism of large distance multi-optical laser emission system. This method uses the optical axis of the laser collimator optical system simulate the optical axis of measured system,and make the two laser collimator aimed with the other by reference transformation,then the laser collimators could get the space angle of the two optical axis by measuring the optical axis deviation. The two laser collimators are used to test and verify the presented method. The test results show that this method can effectively measure the paral-lelism of large distance multi-optical axis,and it can also measure optical axis angles in the optical equipment with dif-ferent optical axis distances as the two laser collimators are independent.
