变螺距螺纹曲面的精密测量

摘    要:诱导轮是由变螺距螺纹曲面组成的另件,用于航天火箭装置,它的几何形体复杂,一般机械方法难以加工。为提高诱导轮加工精度,必需解决变螺距误差的精密测量问题。本文作者探索在万能工具显微镜上用间接测量方法测量变螺距误差并进行精度估算。测量误差小于±5μm。为线切割加工诱导轮提供了可靠的数据。

Abstract:Inducting wheel is a component composed of the screw camber varying with pitch, andused for space rocket instrument. It is difficult of manufacturing by generally mechanicalmethod. In order to improve the manufacturing accuracy of the inducting wheel, We have todeal with the problem of measuring the varying pitch precisely.The author puts forward a method which can measure the varying pitch errors by a universal tool microscope and estimate the measuring errors less than 15pm precisely. So. it canprovide a lot of reliable data for producing the inducting wheel in the wire cutting.'
