摘    要:采用预磁化、机械分散和熔融聚合物黏合剂处理铁氧体磁粉,研究了粉体颗粒状态对干压各向异性锶铁氧体磁性能的影响。结果表明,预磁化有利于提高磁粉颗粒的取向度;机械分散处理有助于减少乃至消除颗粒的团聚现象;采用熔融聚合物黏合剂不仅有利于磁粉颗粒在磁场作用下的充分取向,而且能提高磁体的致密度,得到了与湿压产品性能接近的干压各向异性锶铁氧体。

Abstract:The magnetic powder for dry-pressed anisotropic permanent magnetic strontium ferrite was treated by premagnetization, mechanical dispersion together with the addition of melted polymer, and the effect of ferrite particle state on the properties of magnet was studied. The experimental results show that the premagnetization of powder is beneficial to improving the orientation of ferrite particles. The agglomeration of ferrite particles are reduced and even eliminated by mechanical dispersion. The application of melted polymer is helpful to the enhancement of both orientation of particles and the density of magnet. The properties of dry-pressed anisotropic strontium ferrite prepared using the treated powders are close to those of wet-pressed magnet.
