对高炉铁口区除尘的思考

摘    要:铁口区是高炉→转炉流程钢铁厂的除尘难点之一,铁口区烟尘近一半属于可吸入颗粒物。我国多数钢铁厂位于大、中城市附近,随着环保要求日趋严格,高炉铁口区除尘将从难点问题变为热点问题。现有铁口区除尘方式(主要是二次除尘)不同程序地存在着投资及运行费用高、除尘效果差、妨碍炉前操作等缺点。铁口区除尘的关键在于二次烟尘捕集,出路在于开发出系统风量小、对炉前操作无影响、除尘效果好、投资及运行费用低的烟尘捕集系统。三段式吹吸结合二次烟尘捕集方案具有上述特点,有望实现经济的铁口区除尘。

Abstract:In the near future, blast furnace will still be the main producer of hot metal. The tap hole area dedusting is one big headache for Iron and Steel Works applying blast converter route. Nearly half of the dust in the tap hole area is suspended particles. The majority of the Chinese Iron and Steel Works are located near big and medium size cities. With the increasing environmental awareness, the tap hole area dedusting is to be a hot topic. The available methods of catching dust from the tap hole area require high investment and running cost, and they are inefficient and affecting operation nearby.The right way is to develop a new dedusting system, which requires less suction capacity, less investment and running cost, and also convenient for workers. The three part catching method with push pull hood will meet these requirements.
