摘    要:利用恒电位浸蚀与伏安法研究了高速钢中碳化物相M6C,MC,M23C61(M7C3)的单相浸蚀条件。它可作这些碳化物观察和鉴定。

Abstract:The single - phase etching conditions of carbides M6C ,MC ,M23C6. and M7C3 in high - speed steel have been studied by volt - ampere and potentiostatic method. M6C can be etched individually as -100mV(SCE) in 10%NaOH 1 %tartaric acid.MC can be etched individually at 1300mV(SCE)in 1 %CrO3 solution. M23C6and MTC3 can be etched individually at - 200mV(SCE) in 5%NH4AC solution. The specimen that exhibits a single carbide can be used for the morphology observation of the carbide. The volt - ampere curve caused by electrochemical dissolvation of a single carbide can be used for the identification of the carbide. The method is capable to give a large amount of information about microstructure in metals.
