摘    要:以Lenovo 3000 G430A笔记本电脑为研究对象,确定流通环境、基本参数、脆值等影响因素,综合运用缓冲包装设计方法,对其进行缓冲包装设计;选用蜂窝纸板作为缓冲材料,计算衬垫尺寸;借助Pro/E软件,进行三维结构建模;并与现行缓冲包装进行了比较,结果表明:该设计绿色环保,成本较低,具有较好的市场发展前景。

Abstract:Cushioning package of Lenovo 3000 G430A notebook computer was studied. Based on the circulation environment, fragility and the explicit size of the designed object, a reasonable cushioning structure of notebook computer was designed following the traditional method of cushioning package. The cushioning material was honeycomb paperboard while the dimension of the structure was computed. With the help of Pro/E software, three-dimensional structure modeling was carried out. Compared with the existing packaging, honeycomb is green material while the cost of the new design is lower.
