轴承钢大方坯连铸工艺研究

摘    要:针对合金大方坯连铸机生产轴承钢时存在的质量问题,在低铝洁净钢试验基础上,进行了钢液过热度、拉速及二次冷却强度对轴承钢连铸坯质量影响的研究及此钢与模铸轴承钢的质量对比试验。结果表明,采用钡合金处理钢液、低过热度,低拉速和弱冷却连铸工艺可使连铸轴承钢的疲劳寿命满足优质轴承的考核寿命要求。

Abstract:In accordance with the quality defects of bearing steel produced by alloy steel bloom caster, the effect of superheat temperature, casting speed and secondary cooling parameters on the steel quality was studied on the basis of low aluminium content clean steel trial. The fatigue life test of casting bearing steel showed that the steel treated with barium alloy and casted with lower superheat temperature, lower casting speed and soft cooling process can be used for producing quality bearing.
