原位自生铸造VCp/Fe复合材料冲击断口分析

摘    要:采用原位自生合成法制备了VCp/Fe复合材料。借助光学显微镜以及扫描电镜,分析了VCp/Fe复合材料的冲击断口形貌。结果表明,VCp/Fe复合材料失效的主要原因是铁素体解理断裂以及部分珠光体的不连续片层状解理;VC的数量及分布对VCp/Fe复合材料的性能有着重要影响;适当提高C含量可以达到细化基体组织的目的。

Abstract:VC reinforced Fe matrix composites have been prepared by in-situ reaction synthesis process. The impact fracture morphology of VCp/Fe composites have been analyzed by optical microscopy and SEM. The results show that the failure of VCp/Fe composites are mainly caused by ferrite cleavage and some pearlite noncontinuous laminar particle cleavage fracture The amount and distribution of VC particles have an important effect on VCp/Fe composites; and matrix can be refined by appropriate increase of carbon content.
