动力换挡变速器闭锁排旋转密封性能的试验及其研究

摘    要:以大量的试验数据详细说明了在液力传动推土机动力换挡变速器中闭锁排的旋转密封环材质、几何尺寸、密封特性、摩擦特性及端面温升对其特性的影响,提出了解决密封泄漏的具体方法,分析了旋转密封环的运动状态,导出了温升与开口间隙的具体关系式。

Abstract:With large amount of test data, the influences of materials, geometrical dimensions, sealing and friction characteristics, and end face temperature rise of rotary sealing ring in locking mechanism of power-shift transmission of hydrodynamic drive dozer to the performance are described in details. Concrete method to solve sealing leakage is suggested. The kinetic state of rotary sealing ring is analyzed. Equations of temperature rise vs. open gap are derived.
