微通道换热器在空调器上的应用研究

摘    要:试验研究空气流量和流路设计对微通道换热器换热量的影响。测试结果表明,空气流量增加47%后,换热量增加10.6%;流路设计变化后,换热能力差别1.8%。将某机型铜管换热器更换成微通道换热器后,A工况能效提高0.22w/w,功耗降低4%,制冷剂充注量减少21.4%。指出整机的通风设计对微通道换热器有很大的影响,顶出风和侧出风机型需要采用不同的微通道结构设计。认为微通道换热器是应对国家2级能效要求的一个很好的技术解决方案;分析限制微通道换热器推广使用的一些因素。

Abstract:Carries out experimental investigation on the influence of air flow rate and circuit design on the heat exchanger rate of micro channel heat exchanger(MCHE). Test result shows that heat exchanger rate increases 10.6% when the air flow rate increases 47%. The heat exchange capacity varies within 2% for the tested two circuit design. For a given unit for test, the replace of a tube fin heat exchanger by a micro channel heat exchanger leads to the increasing of energy efficiency of A test for 0. 22 W/W, the decreasing of power consumption for 4% and the refrigeration charge decreasing of 21.4%. The application of micro channel heat exchanger is a good way to solve the requirement of national energy efficiency for air conditioner. Points out that the different structure design should be adopted for the side discharge and top discharge air flow design. Analyzes some factors that affect the application of micro channel heat exchanger.
