| Abstract: | In this paper, the traditional and improved method for design and machining of the electrode were introduced. In the improved method, three electrodes in different directions of one level were combined into one undivided electrode by CAD/CAM and CNC technology. The new method is only one -third of the traditional one in the electrodes material consume and the time of design, programming and machining. The key points of the improved processing were introduced in detail. |
