| Abstract: | The material selecting, structure design of expanded tube hole grooves, designing of leakage holes and calculating of the optimum hydraulic pressures for the double tube sheet exchanger, etc, are described. The requirements of inside tube to tube sheet hydraulic expanded joints for its strength and outside tube to tube sheet strength welding joints; and the requirements of leak test for spaces between the double tube sheets and the welding joints of the tube and tube sheet are described. |
