| Abstract: | The title of a technical or professional post reform is an important component of deepening the reform of the management system in colleges and universities,and an important means of improving the initiative for the teaching and scientific researching of the persnnel in a special or professional field into full play,of promoting the optimization of teachers contingent as well.A key link of practicing the reform of the title of a technical or professional post well,is to wage scientifically the quantitative and qualitative assessment to the participants in the grading. |
