| 摘 要： | 文中以陕西太白黄金矿业有限责任公司建立标准化的低成本运营体系的实践为基础,分析、总结了黄金矿山企业在生产经营中面临的实际问题,在实施低成本经营和生产过程中常见的一些问题,并提出了相应的对策,可为其他黄金矿山企业降低生产成本,提高经济效益,优化基础管理体系等提供借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the establishment practice of standardized low-cost operation system in Shanxi Taibai Gold Mining Industry Co.,Ltd.,the paper analyzed the problems in gold mining enterprise operation.Some countermeasures were put forward according to the problems in low-cost operation and production.It could offer some references to reduce the production cost,enhance the economic benefits and optimize the basic management system. |
