用于燃料电池的双向中频耦合逆变电源

摘    要:把燃料电池输出的48V直流电压通过变流装置转换成220V交流电压,逆变电路克服了燃料电池输出电压稳定性差的问题,交流部分用中频耦合,减小了变压器的重量,逆变器使用较少的中间变换电路,使系统总体结构简单,功能明确。在逆变器的交-交变频部分,用双路PWM脉冲进行变频,通过修改控制策略,能对负载侧的能量进行反向传送。最后给出系统工作的仿真结果和逆流装置交-交变换部分的电路及实验结果。

Abstract:A DC-AC inverter was used to inverter 48V DC voltage, from fuel cells output, to 220V AC voltage, at the load side. The proposed inverter circuit configuration overcomes the problem of variable voltage characteristics of fuel cells. In order to reduce the weight and voltage stages in the converter, medium frequency link strategy is used. The inverter with simpler structure and high efficiency is an deal interface of fuel cells. In the circuit a cycloconverter is used to realize AC-AC conversion, and two carrier PWM approaches is also introduced as a way to implement a medium frequency link. The circuit configuration can also transmit energy in opposite direction, only need to change the control strategy. At the end of the paper simulation and experimental results are presented.
