| 摘 要： | 本文对一批W9Mo3Cr4V钢入厂材料进行了淬火粗晶的试验与分析,指出原材料退火不充分,是造成工具厂产品热处理后出现萘状断口的主要原因。捉出采用完全退火方式可有效防止产生此种缺陷。

Test and Analysis of Big Crystal for Natural Material of W9Mo3Cr4V Steel |

| Abstract: | In this paper, test and analysis for the hardened big crystal of natural W9Mo3Cr4V steel has been done,It points out the nonenough hardened material is the key factor of fracture of the products after heat-treatment in the tool manufacturers. Therefore, the suggestion to use enough anneal method to prevent this shortcoming. |
