EVA及PS膨胀阻燃体系LOI值随温度变化规律的研究

摘    要:利用高温氧指数仪结合新一代燃烧测定仪锥形量热仪CONE研究了EVA18及PS膨胀阻燃体纱的LOI值随温度变化的规律,以及一种膨胀阻燃促进剂ZEO对典型的膨胀燃添加体系APP/PER在高温下LOI下降趋势的抑制作用,也即对提高阻燃体系实际阻燃能力的作用。

Abstract:The limiting oxygen index (LOI) of organic polymers is well known to be temperature-dependent. Few is know about the declination of LOIs measured at high temperatures. To go further insight systems of EVA18 and intumescent flame retardant PS were chosen as substances studied by HT-LOI in combination with CONE calorimetry in the paper. Comparative data indicate that the descending trend of LOIs on temperature can be suppressed to some extent by the presence of ZEO, a char promoter, making the thermal stability of IFR systems improved. The latter may impart better flame retardance to IFR polymers.
