电力电缆敷设监测系统设计

摘    要:给出一种模块化的电缆敷设监测系统的设计,该系统由采用三滑轮加定滑轮的牵引力测量装置和基于工控机的牵引力测量仪、敷设长度计米器以及无线数据传输机构组成,具有结构简单、配置灵活、使用方便的特点,可对电力电缆敷设全过程的牵引力进行实时监测,现场测试表明该系统的有效性。

Abstract:The design of a modularized cable laying monitoring system was presented. The system consisted of a traction measuring device using three-pulley and crown block, a traction measuring instrument based on industrial control computer, a cable laying length meters, and wireless data transmission setup. It has the properties of simple structure, flexible configuration and convenient use. It can be used in the whole process of electric power cable laying to monitor the cable traction in real-time. The field testing manifested its effectivity.
