突发性自然灾害的有序救助导引系统研究

针对我们居住的自然环境受自然力无规律破坏的现状,为了最大限度减少伤害,研究面对灾难的应急救助与预备救助的视觉导引系统,研究有序救助系统的科学合理性,深层次的研究视觉识别系统面向应急环节中的适用方法。主张在日常生活中普及预备救援应急规范,为珍惜我们生命中的每一个瞬间得到延续创造更多机会。

Research on the Ordered Relief Guidance System of Unexpected Natural Disaster

According to the present situation which the condition of our living environment irregularly damaged by the natural force, in order to minimize the damage, this paper studies the vision guidance system whose emergency rescue and the provision of help when faces disaster, the scientific rationality of orderly rescue system, deeply studies the applicable method of visual recognition system for emergency link. This paper advocates that emergency rescue norms should be widely used in our daily life ,which will create more opportunities to cherish every moment of our lives.
