基于托盘标准尺寸的瓦楞纸箱尺寸设计方法研究

摘    要:为了有效解决瓦楞纸箱尺寸设计中存在的问题,探讨纸箱在标准托盘上规则排列时的尺寸设计流程及方法,本研究针对内装物为类直方体,外包装容器为瓦楞纸箱的情况,综合考虑了标准托盘尺寸以及产品尺寸,通过优化内装物的排列方式以及排列数目,并在分析材料、强度、美学等因素的基础上,设计了“从外而内,再从内而外”计算瓦楞纸箱尺寸的新方法,并利用Java script语言编制相应的软件,实现了基于托盘标准尺寸的瓦楞纸箱尺寸的设计.此方法在保证托盘利用率和瓦楞纸箱容积率前提下,最大限度地降低了运输成本,实现了资源减量的目标.

Abstract:In order to effecti design were researched whe square and outer packaging which was "From outside vely solve the problems existing in the size design of corrugated box, the flow and method of size n corrugated boxes were regularly placed in the standard pallet. Assuming the product was quasicontainer was corrugated box, a new method was designed to calculate the size of corrugated box to inside, and then from inside to outside" through optimizing the way of arrangement and the number of products. Both the standard pallet sizes and product dimensions were considered, and it provides theoretical basis for preparing related computer software using Java script language. At the same time, it ensures pallet utilization and volume rate of corrugated box, reduces transport cost farthest and realizes the goal of packaging reduction.
