| 摘 要： | 网络图片数据库系统采用B/S体系结构，利用Windows 2000 Server的IIS 5.0及Linux平台下Oracle 8i构建，使用了专门组件来实现缩略图的自动生成，利用ADO的Stream对象快捷地在Oracle的Long Raw与Blob两种大二进制字段中存储图片数据，保证了所有存储内容物理上的一体性。在开发了各种常规数据库管理功能的基础上，进行了“图片专题”等功能开发，为扩展图片数据库的应用模式进行了新尝试。

| Abstract: | The IIS 5.0 on Windows 2000 Server is used as application server and the Linux platform is introduced to host Oracle 8i.The system employs proper component to automatically create a thumbnail picture for each uploaded image and both the two image files are stored into binary field of Oracle with the ADO stream object.Besides all the common functions,some new patterns are also developed as an attempt to expand the way of using an image database. |
