建筑用真空玻璃强度与刚度分析

摘    要:针对真空玻璃在工程应用中的承载变形及强度设计关键问题,研究了均布栽荷下真空玻璃的抗弯承栽性能及其影响因素。采用负压加栽方式,测得了不同长宽尺寸及不同厚度的真空玻璃在四边支承条件下的荷载-位移及荷载-应力曲线,并与同条件下单片玻璃和夹层玻璃进行了比较。结果表明:真空玻璃的强度和刚度不如与其等厚度的单片玻璃,根据试验结果,获得了真空玻璃的等效厚度系数(等效厚度与其总厚度之比),且等效厚度系数随真空玻璃总厚度增大而减小,但与真空玻璃长宽尺寸无关。通过理论分析,并结合试验成果,给出了风载荷作用下真空玻璃强度设计计算公式。
