| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了晶核素在水泥生产中的应用研究,经试验研究证明晶核素适用于外掺矿粉的水泥生产工艺,可根据熟料、矿粉性能差异以及水泥控制指标在0.5～0.9%调整晶核素的掺加量。通过某水泥厂的实际生产成本和利润数据的计算,每吨水泥增加利润13.98元/t,证明使用晶核素后可以明显增加每吨水泥的利润,为水泥生产企业降低生产成本提供了新的技术途径。
