| Abstract: | Meriting from the advanced thought and idea of project management,this paper researched integration of the railway project management were discussed.First proposed railway project integrated management of the overall framework.Then analysis on the project objectives for the integration of qualitative,a method called earned value method is used into the integrated railway project to the target,and proposed the concept of contract cost planning. |
