CATIA曲面造型技术在小型无人机设计中的应用

摘    要:探讨了利用CATIA软件完善的曲面造型功能,进行小型无人机产品设计的问题.建立了全机高品质的理论外形数字曲面,实现了重要结构件的三维参数化实体建模(如机身头锥、翼面和整流罩等),以及模具的快速设计.还介绍了将CATIA软件的一些特殊功能应用于无人机外形设计的问题,例如翼身整流罩的自动生成等.结果表明CATIA软件的应用为小型无人机结构设计和模具制造提供了良好的三维设计手段,缩短了研发周期,节省了研制成本.

Abstract:The surface modeling function of CATIA is applied to the design of the small unmanned aerial vehicle.The high-quality digital full-body surface of the vehicle is established.The parametric 3D solid models of some important components,such as the nose cone of body,wing surface and cowling,etc,and the fast design of dies are realized.Moreover,some special abilities of CATIA for aerial vehicle design are introduced.It is shown that CATIA can not only shorten the design cycle,but also reduce the production costs.
