摘 要: | 为让学生掌握先进的控制方法,提高实验设备的利用率,对过程控制实验平台在校园网内的远程监控进行了研究。介绍了远程控制的结构,阐述了服务器/客户端网络通信的实现方法,分析了远程控制网络的实时性,以变频恒压供水的远程控制实验为例说明了远程控制的效果。实验表明,采用客户端/服务器通信模式结合获取现场数据的OPC技术,能够较好地实现过程控制对象的远程监控,具有较好的实时性。

Abstract: | For the purposes of students mastering the advanced control methods,and improving the utilization of laboratory equipment,remote monitoring and control of the process control experimental platform within the campus network has been researched.The structure of the remote control and the implementation of Client /Server communication and the real-time performance of remote control network have been discussed.After that,remote control experiment of constant pressure water supply has been given out to illustrate the effectiveness of the remote control. |
