电力工程项目经济评价方法误区辨析

内部收益率IRR是电力工程项目经济评价方法中一个重要的指标,应用广泛.但由于IRR计算复杂,且在非常规项目中解的不可确定性等原因,有学者建议用外部收益率ERR代替IRR.实际上这是个误区.通过"再投资学说"、"计算复杂程度"、"解的存在性和唯一性"等几方面,详细分析并通过具体实例指出了用ERR代替IRR的误区,论证也肯定了IRR存在的意义.针对IRR的计算方法进行改进,得出了迭代插值法,而非常规项目中也可使用修正内部收益率法MIRR来弥补IRR不可求的缺憾.

Analysis of misunderstanding of electric power engineering project economic evaluation methods

Internal rate of return(IRR) is a widely used important indicator in electric power engineering project economic evaluation methods. Due to the complexity of the calculation of IRR,the uncertainties of the solution in nonconventional projects and so on,some academics have a misunderstanding,they propose replacing IRR with external rate of return (ERR). In fact,by analyzing the "re-investment doctrine," "The complexity of the calculation," and "existence and uniqueness of solutions" several aspects in detail and taking good examples,this paper demonstrates the rationality of IRR.Meanwhile,this paper also brings out an improved method in calculating IRR—iterative interpolation;and points out that the modified internal rate of return(MIRR) can be used to make up the defects in the nonconventional projects.
