| 摘 要： | 城市设计是物质性过程和社会性过程的综合，完整的城市设计过程应由设计实施、运行保障体系和过程组织机制三大部分构成，该文拟对运行保障体系的要素及其作用机制做出初步探究，期望藉此来发现和弥补目前城市设计过程中理论和实践的缺损。

| Abstract: | Materialify and sociality are integrated in the process of urban design. The integral process system is composed of three paris, Design-Actualization, Supporting System and Process Organizing. This article hopes to find and supply the lack of theory or practice of urban design currently through the elementary research on the factors of supporting system and its functional mode. |
