5%定虫隆与4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油混剂对小菜蛾的室内毒力测定

摘    要:采用浸叶法在室内条件下测定5%定虫隆、4.5%高效氯氰菊酯单剂以及不同配比混剂对小菜蛾幼虫的毒力。室内毒力测定结果表明,5%定虫隆与4.5%高效氯氰菊酯4种混剂对小菜蛾均有显著的增效作用,其中混配2的增效作用最显著,其共毒系数最高为367.22。

Abstract:The toxicity of 5% chlorfluazuron , 4.5% beta-cypemethrin and the different mixtures of 5% chlorfluazuron and 4.5% beta-cypemethrin to Plutella xylostella larvae was determined by leaf immersion method under laboratory condition. The toxicity measurement indicates that the mixtures of 5% chlorfluazuron and 4.5% beta-cypemethrin at the four ratios all had significant synergistic activity and the 39% chlorfluazuron 6% beta-cypermethrin is the highest one, the CTC was 367.22.
