| 摘 要： | 活性肽是一类具有生理活性的肽类,其中许多具有抗肿瘤,抗艾滋病,抗真菌,抗病毒,防治心脑血管疾病,免疫调节以及抗氧化衰老的功效.本文简要介绍了近几年来国内外对抗衰老生物活性肽的研究情况,首先介绍了一些陆地和海洋中的抗衰老肽以及它们的抗衰老机理,然后对抗衰老生物活性肽原料的选择和酶解工艺及其特性研究,抗衰老功能的评价方法及其分离纯化技术并进行了概括性展望.

| Abstract: | Many bioactive polypeptides have obvious physiological activities, such as antitumor, anti-AIDS, antifungus, prevention and cure of the cardiovascular diseases, immunomodulation, antioxidative, anti-ageing, etc. This paper reviews the studies on bioactive polypeptides of anti-ageing in past years, and outlooks the study of the near future, such as materials choice, hydrolysis method by enzymes, anti-ageing evaluation and purification technology. |
