| 摘 要： | 以不同链长的烷基水杨酸为原料，在同一工艺条件下，合成了不同链长的中碱值的烷基水杨酸钙。通过对产品理化指标和使用性能的研究，发现随着烷基碳数的增加，烷基水杨酸钙的抗乳化性能、清净性能、抗泡沫性能等都有提高的趋势。考虑产品的清净性能，适宜的烷基碳数应该大于16；同时发现C24烷基水杨酸钙无论在理化指标还是使用性能上都达到或者超过了国内外同等产品。

| Abstract: | At the same technical condition, the alkyl salicylate calcium with different chain length are synthesized from the alkyl salicylic acid with different chain length. The research results of physicochemical index and serviceability show that the anti - emulsifiability, detergency and anti - foaming property of alkyl salicylate calcium increase with the number of carbon in the alkyl. Thinking of the detergency, the feasible carbon number of alkyl should be more than sixteen. The C24 - alkyl salicylate calcium can reach or exceed domestic or foreign analogous products in both physicochemical index and serviceability. |
